It will not lead to a legislative Action, so long as--
1) These comments have been deleted by the respective blog owners where the comments are posted, upon the request of the victim of the identity theft
2) The posting of the comments has been ceased by the one who is posting them, upon the request of the victim of the identity theft
3) Unwarranted propagations and allegations were NOT made against the victim that he/she is causing this, based on speculations
4) No one supports these allegations publically without any reasonable evidence
